Students never pay for this course companion. This policy covers Teach with Insights plans bought by instructors and institutions.

30-day guarantee

If you cancel within 30 days of your first annual payment, we refund it in full.

After 30 days

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and won't renew. We don't give partial refunds for unused months, except where required by law.

How to ask

Email hello@atriverse.com from the billing email with your workspace name. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
