Privacy Policy

This course companion for Organizational Behaviour at Singapore Management University is operated by Atriverse ("we"). This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, a hashed password, or the identity returned by Google, LinkedIn or Atriverse ID when you use those to sign in.
• Course activity: class attendance, assessment answers (including your AURA personality assessment), final-task submissions, saved items and progress.
• Questions you ask the in-app assistant ("Ask AI") and its replies.
• For professors buying Teach with Insights: enquiry details and billing records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Basic technical logs (errors, request times) used to keep the service running.

How we use it

• To run the course: show your progress, generate your AURA report and give your instructor class-level insights.
• Instructors see individual results for their own cohort. Room and cohort comparisons are anonymised.
• With your consent, AURA results are synced to your Atriverse profile at aura.atriverse.com.

Who processes it

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider. To answer questions and write reports, relevant text is sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, DeepSeek and Perplexity) under their API terms, which do not allow training on your data. Emails are sent through our email delivery provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data or show ads.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage: your sign-in session, display preferences and an anonymous visit id on our marketing pages. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

Retention and your rights

Course data is kept for the duration of the course and up to 12 months after, unless your institution asks otherwise. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@atriverse.com. We handle requests in line with Singapore's PDPA.
